Closed cell insulation can be installed in half the time and provides better soundproofing than most off the shelf insulation. Foam insulation doesn’t serve as a catalyst if there were a fire and will self-extinguish when the flame is removed stalling the spread of fire from floor to floor.

Spray Foam As A Sealant

Polyurethane spray (spray foam) use is only limited by the imagination. Wherever a sealant is needed spray foam can fill the need.

It is commonly used as building insulation or for construction purposes. Spray foam has a high r-value and it has impressive thermal resistance properties. Being moisture resistant and playable, it comes in handy for out of the way places where other common materials would become awkward in application.

Like this example where a new building was connected to an existing older structure a few stories up from ground level. The point of contact on the older structure needed to be sealed from the outside to be moisture resistant while insulating the interior against winter temperatures.

Insul-Foam Services had a bit of a high wire act on their hands in the process of sealing the outside of this crosswalk.

This is the mini golf area of the Dinos Centre in Innisfail.

With it’s winding 18 hole course you putt through a cave, across Niagara Falls, around a castle guarded by a dragon, and more! What a great way for families and friends of all ages to learn and play together.

Why Insulate Your Cargo Van

Cargo Vans are great but they can be cold.

This cargo van that is being used as a plumbing service vehicle, wasn’t too comfy on some of those early morning , minus 40 mornings we sometimes get her in Alberta.

Insul-Foam Service spray foamed the interior to keep in the heat and also sprayed an often missed but critical item.
