Did you know that not all hot tubs are insulated equally and that there are many types of hot tub insulation? It’s true. The less insulation, the less energy efficiency. And…the better the insulation, the less work it takes for your hot tub to function optimally.
You can make your outdoor hot tub experience more comfortable during the fall and winter months by adding additional insulation to it. Spray foam around the hot tub’s cabinet traps warmth in the tub and does not allow it to escape keeping the water hot.
In a previous project, Insul-Foam Services sprayed multiple layers of spray foam to prevent plumbing leaks and cracks in the shell of this giant tub built for a resort.
