Since the garage had a flat roof, we applied closed-cell spray foam directly to the underside of the sheathing to insulate the area. The customer also requested that we spray foam the walls, resulting in a fully insulated garage using Genyk Boreal Nature Elite closed-cell foam. The project involved 6 inches of foam under the roof and 2 inches in the 2×4 walls. With this garage now fully insulated, it will remain warm and cozy even during the coldest months.
